Coburg is a great place to catch the farmer market at, then depend whether you go inside or outside the county route.
inside would be along Brighton and the Murray canal then to Belleville or continue along till Ram island, then to Picton and then to Kingston
Outside from Coburg to main duck, then to prinyers cove or Stella bay on Amherst island then to Kingston.
there's lots of places to see and visit you should also consider getting a cruise guide at a Chandler, Ports is the name of one guide, another is Richards both have lots of info and show the approaches to the marinas and yacht clubs along the way. They describe some info on each place and from there you can decide which route and places along the way to stop

When you stop in Kingston, confed basin would be the preferred marina. Right downtown and close to everything including a farmers market. The marina is split into two sections, docking wise. The main set of docks right in front of city hall and the set of docks to the right of city hall. The Radission hotel splits the two sets of docks. I have been told, but can't confirm that the docks to the right of the Radission are for transient boats and can be used for free, for a short period of time.
