Sorry Knootygurl!

This might not be the place to post this thread, but it needs to be said. I cannot read your PM nor can I send one because I'm new here I guess. When I go to read the PM a box appears explaining I do not have privileges to read or send PM's.
Sorry Knottygurl I don't want you to think I'm ignoring you guys because I'm not! I look forward to chatting with you and we hope to sail the same waters one day.
I thought of giving you my email address right here...but really not sure if that's a good idea?

Cheers,

Ron

I believe you need at least 10 posts to be able to check your PMs.
Either post a bunch of times on this thread or find the 'Song Chain' thread and rack up some posts there.

Re: Sorry Knootygurl!

I presume we are talking about "KnottyGurl" as there is no Knootygurl. KG has been here quite recently and posted only a couple of days back.

Caleb is correct .... you need ten posts to allow you to message other members. Its a spam thing.

Yes, places like the Song Chain are a good way to build up some posts but I do find it passing strange that a newcomer cannot find ten threads worthy of at least a question or comment.

Re: Sorry Knootygurl!

Thanks for the info. and yes I mis-spelled the name!

10 posts is not a lot for a newbie or anyone I suppose...just was not aware that's what it took to read a PM.

Cheers,
