marina suggestions in Fl or Ga

Here is the situation:
Will be wintering on my sailboat in the bahamas/caribbean/Fl

Live in another state and at least for the time being plan on keeping the house.

Plan on keeping the boat on the hard during the season im at home.

Where the boat is kept is non-issue really as far as liking the area since i dont plan on staying in the area when i am on the boat.

So if not an actual marina suggestion maybe area suggestions?
Cost? Marinas that would allow me to do work on the boat while its on the hard? Friendly area? Friendly staff at a marina?

I realize or at least figure lot of people pick a marina close to home....this is what i have for my other sailboat.....but since this one will be away from home i have different priorities obviously.

Maybe you wouldnt even do as i have in mind and would keep the boat on one of the islands.. Thought about this but seems it would be added damage posibility in hurricane season.

Maybe youd pick something completely different?

Any ideas and suggestions would be appreciated..
