Question Sailing at Swift Creek Reservoir in Midlothian, VA

I was wondering if anybody knows where you can launch your sailboat (a laser) on Swift Creek Reservoir in Midlothian. I am not a resident of Brandermill. I believe that there is a sailing club on the reservoir but the waiting list is a few years.

Never been on the lake, but was surprised by the number and variety of sailboats in the parking lot.
