Check the antifreeze first! If the old antifreeze crystallized in the water passages, you'll have to pull the head off and chip it out of both the head and the block. Add in the cost of a new head gasket for that. (Then you might as well lap the valves while you have it off.) You'll also have to pull off the water pump and clean it out, so add in the cost of a gasket for that as well.

You'll definitely need a new raw water impeller.

You'll definitely have to pull the fuel tank and boil it out.

There's also a good chance you'll have to have the injectors and injector pump cleaned or rebuilt. Just depends how much algae grew in everything.

I / We don't have nearly enough information to give you much information. Personally, there is no way i would take that boat unless the OWNER got the engine running.

Just because it runs does not mean damage has not occurred in those 6 years. It may not be apparent now to an untrained eye but the life of that engine is likely diminished.
