Maps for laptop

What map software can anyone reccommend to use on my laptop.

I just do coastal Sailing in Nova Scotia.

I have a GPS and need a map program I can run with no bell or whistles.

I know you can buy the expensive programs but I need an affordable one.

Thanks

Hi TOmek-
I''ve been using Oziexplorer for the last two years, and it worths much more than the 75 bucks it costs.

You can scan and calibrate your own charts, and is compatible with almost all raster charts.

The Oziexploreer developed by an aussie guy, Des Neuman, works great with any of magellean, garmin and super with Lowrance 1600 GPS

We have developed a CD Chart club, icluding charts from Cape Horn through Caribbean areas. Email me if you want more details on this.
