My Ericson is in Panama City. I''m new here. I assume Pender Island is not in British Columbia. Help me out.

Pender Island is in British Columbia, very close to the US Canada border and has customs clearing in the harbor.
I helped to deliver a motor yacht to Florida. I was looking forward to a trip through the Panama Canal, unfortunally due to many mechanical delays and other work commitments, I had to fly home from Costa Rica. Missed the canel.
