2. Tossable PFD (other PFDs required so don't count).
3. Cell phone (yep, portable maps/charts, and emergency calling device)

You can usually improvise anything else…..

If I could have one more thing, it would be a mannequin with a waving arm, just in case I sail past the Welshman.
