GREETINGS EARTHLINGS; Was there any aircraft downed near that area looks as it has been in the water for a while could it be from World War 11 arcraft returning to base ? AS ALWAYS GO SAFE.

I don't know what it is, but I know it's not a sneaker-clad foot, the most common form of beach trash in BC.

Thanks for the replies. It was found on a rocky beach on Nootka Island, right at Bajo Point (An thousand year old Indian Village). This is a pretty remote island (float plane or boat in only) but with tons of history. There was no wreckage found in the area. I found it in an area with large boulders that is exposed on lower tides. The islands coast has many shallow reefs and open ocean surf. Very beautiful place.
