My spec sheet says I draw 4.5 feet, but I think it's closer to five. Also would REALLY prefer a slip to a mooring, as the dinghy I got with the boat is an old inflatable with no outboard, and rowing it is damn near impossible.
Also, how do I go about finding a delivery captain if I need to do that? Just google it?

Pull up ActiveCaptain(dot)com. Register (for free) and you will have access to every marina, anchorage, and mooring in the Key's in a heartbeat.
Good Luck...
