IMO, there is only one sailing album of music - Burl Ives' Down to the Sea in Ships. It's way out of print so if you can get a copy on any media, you're lucky. My father tortured me with it in the 70's and now I torture my daughter with it.

It has all the classics. I usually don't like music while sailing, but AC/DC (Hell's Bells) is good for getting pumped before a race.

On the other side of the spectrum: My wife showed me this video the other day. It's from a musical. Melodically it's nice but I'm not sure about the lyrics!
