Are you talking about hydro foil cats? If so, I doubt the technology will find it's way to cruising cats. They are way too heavy and under powered to fly!
And winged keels became a fad after the AC success. It turns out, they were not really good for much more than beating a rule. The application of curved boards on an over-weight cruising cat compared to an AC boat is even more remote.
But some fool will buy them, so some huckster will sell them.

If you dont have speed you have nothing. Slow boats can't sail around bad weather, pirates, Cyclones, Hurricanes, etc .. More time time sailing to where you want to go and more time sight seeing meeting people and being in a safe harbour whilst slow boats are getting beat up, damaged and spending less time site seeing in paradise.
They don't talk about foiling a cruising cat but about " offering more lift and so reducing the wet area of the boat."
Also they are not using them (curved foils) but simple daggers. What they say is this" New types of daggerboard may emerge after a whole series of trials, when developing a new model of boat."
In fact Catana are a bit faster than lagoon but pretty slow on the world of performance cruising cats. If I remember right they had a lousy performance on the last ARC.
To generate considerable lift a curved daggerboard needs some heel. Who wants to heel a cruising cat?
Curved daggerboard are also a downwind tool, they are not suited to go upwind (unless they have a position where they become vertical and that's not the case) and they had daggerboards on Catanas precisely to have a better upwind potential, that they will lose with these curved daggerboards.
