3 gallons. South and west winds are perfect at my slip for sailing in. I will use up more fuel when the north winds start pushing down.

~100 Gallons from Dec 2011 through May 2012; includes a trip from Annapolis to the caribbean and living aboard full-time while bouncing around the leewards and windwards.
With no wind-generator or solar aboard and anchoring out all the time, most of the fuel was used to run the genset in order to charge the batteries and the fuel needed to get into and out of anchorages daily.

Re: How much gas or diesel did you use this season

I bought 9 gal regular gas last year, for (3) 3 gal portable tanks, and had about 1 left in each tank in the spring and added 6 gal.

About 1 gal left in two tanks and one not used yet, so with about two months of nice sailing weather left I may get by with only using 6 gal this year.

I have never had problems with bad gasoline even though it all contains ethanol.

Re: How much gas or diesel did you use this season

So far I've filled my 3 gal gas tank twice.

The first tank was burned up over a couple weeks because the motor was new and I needed to put 10 hours on it for break in.

The second tank was used from May through late July.

The current tank is 3/4 full.

I add Stabil to each tank when I fill it.

How much gas or diesel did you use this season

Since January 125 liters. Lots of motoring lots of sailing and a fair bit for heat too. All my trips to the gulf islands this year saw lots of motoring. The sailing across the straits was great tho
