I keep it simple...

Booze.

Preferably with a fine blonde garnish.

Re: Favorite Cocktail

Goslings over ice was my favorite. I'm drinking more Sailor Jerry now, but still enjoy Goslings.

Coupled with a nice cigar now and again...

Re: Favorite Cocktail

I second the Goslings over ice with a wedge of lime. As I get older I don't seem to have time for mixers

Squeeze of a lime slice, then drop into the glass.
Fresh mint, crushed
Ice cube or two

Re: Favorite Cocktail

My new favorite is traditionally served up on S/V Night Runner, which I have started racing on lately. I don't know what it's called but I served it up to a friend how dubbed it "Harbormaster's tea". I think that is the perfect name.

Heat up some water, and dissolve honey in the water. Add rum of choice and enjoy.

Try it, you'll like it!
