I drink Havana Club out of the bottle, but for my wife:
Basil-aid:
muddle strawberry's and fresh basil, simple suryp, add ice, vodka, soda water, shake once.

Appleton Estate, or Sailor Jerry's + Coke and ice.

A Pegu Club is quite good, Gin, Cointreau, angostura bitters, lime juice. But I would gladly imbibe with a Martini, both are favorites of mine.

Ahh, a good cocktail.

So much booze, so little time!

Depending on my mood I like:
Tanqueray and Tonic with a slice of fresh lime
Mount Gay and Coke
Vodka and Pineapple

Since there is limited space on the boat I like to keep it simple. Some good booze, a few good mixers and a lot of ice.
