Have cocktails and dinner at Biras Creek on Virgin Gorda some evening before sunset. Stunning views (and I don't use that word lightly) over looking three bodies of water and one of the best meals I ever had.

Biras Creek Resort - Biras Creek Resort British Virgin Islands
I'm just beginning to plan my next trip - thanks for that. I would otherwise have ended up next door at the Bitter End Yacht Club - which is pretty great too.

How about the full moon party in Trellis Bay see CLICKY

Go wreck hunting in Anegada. There are at least 500 wrecks on the reef there.

I second the Anegada recommendation. Also, if you like to be somewhere where others are not and still stay in the BVI then the South Sound and Savannah Bay on Virgin Gorda are nice stop.
You are also missing Jost van Dyke in your list - there is Great Harbour and Foxy's, plus White Bay and the home of the Painkiller. Great harbour has no great holding but they've recently planted quite a few mooring balls there. Go around the island, or anchor off Foxy's Taboo and enjoy some wonderful evenings.

I third the Anegada suggestion and would add stopping at Sandy Cay and Sandy Spit before, or after, anchoring off Taboo. If there is any swell running I would suggest a short hike to the Bubbly Pool as well.

Enjoy your trip.

PS-- Almost forgot to mention that there will be an amazing amount of alcohol consumed during Foxy's Catfight on Jost October 26-28th!!!!

With ten days don't discount St John, High Tide and The Beach Bar will have Halloween parties as will several other Cruz Bay spots. Skinny Legs also will have a party. Lots of national park beaches.
The cat fight and the party afterward at Foxy's will be rocking as well. Could go for a few days at Anegada as well.
