Wow, glad to see someone living like they were dying... but it's a bit sad when the latter part is actually the case. I wish him the safest of travels for as long as possible.

I have often said if I came down with some fatal, I would sail away and never come back. I give Jeff a LOT of credit for actually going out there and doing it. Definatly the "adventure of a lifetime"

The Admiral and I call "It" the, "Josh Slocum Plan for long term care". He kept going out until, one trip, he didn't come back.

Considering the options it is my druthers. We intend to avoid drowning in a bowl of applesauce, too!

In my line of work I deal with a lot of folks in hospice....way to go Jeff...everyone that I know and talk to deals with this differently and I have never seen such bravery and courage as Jeff has shown us....I had a patient once who tried to do sail to the south seas after he was given the you only have so long to live speech...loaded to boat....said his good byes and couldn't let go of the lines...may be some day I will be man enough to carry Jeffs gym bag.......Thanks Jeff....Mike

I'm glad to hear that he made it past his prognosis of a few months (Christmas I think the original newscast said). How is his health? Is he getting any medical support along the way?

I had received 2 or 3 emails from Jeff. I emailed Jeff a while back hoping to get a point of contact to $$ and have not heard.
