My guess is yes. Most fiberglass boats of that era were very heavily built. And most boats are designed to "take the ground" in the event of an incident. I live in an area with 6' tides and I have dried out both my current 37' boat and my previous 27' boat several times, with no issues. It sure beats hauling out!
