Things you would only see in a marina!

Somebody has left this new Westerbeke 30c on the dock, on a Home Depot hand truck (unchained); in the rain; partially covered by a tarp (I know it's a marine motor, but c'mon...at least cover it and hide the fact it's a $10,000 motor!), for a week! This, at a marina where anchors and outboard motors disappear. Call me paranoid, but four strong guys and a pickup truck and.....

I hadn't 'lost' anything in the 6 years I've been at our marina - until last week that is!

I discovered that someone felt entitled to take a 15 amp /30 amp adapter that was plugged in to my old boat.

I think I will post the following sign when I go back up this weekend:



I don't know how long it'll stay posted...
