i got an indian CDC n want to change my photo on it, can someone plz tel me, wt is d procedure...thnk you

Contact the cdc they are the ones who would have to replace it

I assume you mean a Continuous Discharge Certificate, which is a seafaring identification document. They are (or at least used to be) issued by the Mercantile Marine Department. Contact them in Mumbai and ask what the requirements are and where your nearest issuing office is. I'm curious how you can hold one and not know this.
