Gee Cap't Tom.....You were becalmed!!
I have a millpond closeby that has more wave action.
So... what was it that went south on the motor???
Inquiring minds wanna know

Wonderful vids! Gives me insight to the lifestyle I hope soon to enter.

Becalmed it was. Very much so. The diesel sprung a leak where one of the fuel lines feeds the injector. Leaked probably two gallons into the bilge before I caught it. I'm just glad that it happened during the shakedown instead of when we might have really needed it some time in the south Pacific. But that's what shakedowns are for...

1969 Crealock/Columbia 36 Sloop completely refitted in 2000 and new Yanmar in 2006.
