Boatyard Recommendations Mississippi Sound

Looking for boatyard recommendations in the Mississippi Sound area (Bay St Louis to Biloxi) to pull a 26' sailboat with 4' draft and do bottom job and redo keel bolts.

Any recommendations?

The best in the business is Donnie Brennon on Dauphin Island at a place called Divirsifed Marine. I can promise you he isn't the cheapest, but he is litterly the best bottom guy in the US (he has been the US Olympic sailing teams boat wright for the last 16 years). For just a simple bottom job anyone will do, but for the keel bolts Donnie would be my first call.

Red I should have mentioned, his prices are pretty much in line with a top quality shop, but generally no more. However his work is really top notch.

When I had a J-22 for racing it cost me about $7,000 for him to do a bottom job. Not paint, but perfect fairing, keel temptations, rudder templaiting, the works. When the boat was sold I actually got $6,500 more than a non-Donnie boat would have sold for because it had his stamp of approval on it.

Ask around at any local yacht club on the coast about him. Everyone will have good things to say.
