Can anyone identify this boat for me?

I ran across this schooner (?) on craigslist. I've asked the seller, but he doesn't know what plans the original owner, who built it, used.

I'm not sure what it is, but it does have a Bruce Roberts look to it, although maybe I'm just caught up on the hard chines.

Roberts or Colvin, possibly.. is the listed 'shipbuilder' an actual yard or an individual? Has the look of a homebuilt either way. No asking price that I can see.

It obviously needs a lot of TLC, but apart from that the centerboard/keel trunk really cuts up the interior, and the deep V hull sections leave very little room for any decent cabin sole.. I think this would not be a comfortable boat to live with.. too many 'stepping' surfaces at an angle, and some fixtures unnaturally high in the hull too.

The "shipbuilder" appears to be an individual. I looked up his name and found the obituary of a man by that name from the area who was known as a master machinist. the price is listed in the ad as $4000.
