Re: Oops!...

Two days ago I was out single handing with the wind coming from dead behind when I tried to dock the boat. Lets just say Im glad no one had a camera! It was a harrowing 45 seconds.

Does anyone know what that Bat Boat was in sequence #8?

I, myself, personally intend to continue being outspoken and opinionated, intolerant of all fanatics, fools and ignoramuses, deeply suspicious of all those who have "found the answer" and on my bad days, downright rude.

Re: Oops!...

Jon, I believe it was the boat from whale wars attacking a Japanese processor. G

To really screw up, it requires an experienced professional at the con. Exxon Valdes...

I was concerned for that little sailboat under the dock; hope everyone survived these occasions.

Ditto. When I saw that little sailboat getting pushed up under the pier, my first thought was, "That's something I can see happening to me." Talk about a first-class suck-fest. That's one of those nightmares that seems to run in slow motion and just won't end.

I pulled a "first-rate stupid" move of my own a few weeks ago. But I can say that most of my real learning experiences came from being humbled and this one was no different.
