Anyone know this Maine boat?

Running through Skull Creek in South Carolina this morning, I saw a cruiser with even simpler taste in boats than myself.

It does have one thing my boat doesn't, a dodger

I was surprised to discover, when cropping the photo, that this boat is from Maine! I would love to know its story and if it came all the way down on its own bottom. If anyone recognizes the boat, please let me know.

Looks like a Drascombe Lugger, similar to the one that Webb Chiles did a solo near circumnavigation. It was called Chidiock Tichborne.

Here's a snippet: A Single Wave: Stories of Storms and Survival - Webb Chiles - Google Books

Oh, I know that. I mean, does anyone know the particular boat and, who is sailing it, and their story.

That's not a dodger, it's a poncho hooch
