Ernest Gann, author, and mostly known for his aviation work (pretty good stint as an airline pilot). Wrote a decent book about the boats he owned, Song of the Sirens.

Yeah, I do get that comparison a lot - especially from the chicks. But I'm actually just your typical, run-of-the-mill celebrity - not a spy or anything.
