Truthers and others

OK. There was another sailing message board that was closed down by the provider because it had degenerated to name calling and pranksters.

This is a valuable resource that I am many others rely on heavily for advice .. esp this time of year.

If we must insist on posting public messages that harrass other users this is not good. Can we in these instances please provide our email addresses on our posts so that the readers who wish to discuss it privately can tke it offline?

Well, my friend. You have just added another post to the subject. If those who are involved would only post on the original post, then all would know if they were interested or not, and pass it by if they wish. I can''t see how one post out of hundreds could affect the whole board.

The hush syndrome again. After all, it is just a matter of opinion and is not degrading anyone and is not profane, so far. And, here we are back to tolerence!

When some of us are out sailing we''re experiancing the gifts God gave us and in awe of it all. So, sailing and God are synonmous to a few.

We can end this un-necessary post here and now, and stick to the original post for those interested.
