Captain Jon,

I went back to check my notes, it was Morgan OI 41, center cockpit. He bought it from an organization that accepts the donation boats. My initial impression (stayed in boat for 3 hours), he spent lot of time and resources to make the boat like a home, AC, washer and dryer, water maker but no gimbaled stove. There was no improvement or spending money to upgrade the original rigging and sails. The owner is an intelligent fellow and given the time he will get there. But as now, he seems a bit misguided.

I sent him my suggestions, but he has not replied to my email. So I am not sure if he left MH city yet.

Have fun sailing south.
