Once it was out, I used a sledge hammer to correct a lot of it, and a come along winch to straighten the bunk brackets. It's looking much better now!

Re: Tornado Damage

My nerves are fried... but it is back on the trailer! Luckily, not a single incident. We jacked the back up (slowly and carefully) and blocked it on concrete and styrofoam. The sides were roped to keep it from moving side to side. The front had a few straps attached to the bucket of the backhoe and it lifted up without a problem. The back slid a little bit (and scared the $h!t out me) but it didn't slide off. We walked the trailer under it and it lowered down perfectly.

It's now on the trailer and ready to go in the water!

Re: Tornado Damage

The insurance totaled the pontoon and the owner is shopping for a new one. It could have been saved, but they gave him full price for it.
