Just another fun day in Paradise...

Woke up this morning to temperatures in the upper 70s and climbing. The wind was southwest at 10 to 15, beautiful blue sky, low humidity, and just a few puffy, white clouds. I was motoring out of Sister Creek by 10:30 a.m., and within 500 yards of the last day marker the sails were set and engine shut down. Just got back to the marina, tied up, brought the dink back to the boat and fixed a margaretta to go with dinner.

Here's some video of this wonderful part of the world I have been fortunate enough to sail. Notice in the last vid that at the very end you can see the shad of the boat on the bottom of the ocean in 30 feet of water.

Very nice Gary. People north of us getting pummeled. Just a little rain here today with wind. Cover is comming off the boat in 29 days. Nice chilly spring sailing.

Re: Just another fun day in Paradise...

While I live in Maryland, currently I'm sailing out of Marathon Key, Florida, which is a lot nicer this time of year.

Nice, but not one bikini - you need to frame the shot better

Why would you want to see Gary in a bikini?

I really would love to be down there. My back still hurts from shoveling the snow from this weekend. I really need to get a snow blower, but I can find much better use for that boat buck!
