OK, well, first I would suggest checking the ads in that link I posted for you.

I am seeing some which are asking $10 a foot, and others for $600 a month, one for $250 a month...... Look around that listing of ads! There are some widely varying rates!

NEGOTIATE! It's OK.

Just try to stay out of the Intracoastal directly.

Cool. Their website seems to be inop. I'll give them a call. I enjoy the gentle rocking anyway. My boat is pretty stable anyway @ around 9000 lbs roughly.

The Intracoastal is a major highway. You would be like a scooter with tractor trailer trucks going by you.
