Is the "problem" that an idiot who thinks he owns the "panoramic view" exists, or with the fact that when he writes enough letters that it gets into the papers?

I kind of find this funny, in a bizzare sort of way.

The fact that the guy is a rehab officer with the corrections department is a bit scary...

The guy may have a small point if people are abandoning derelicts there. These will eventually become a hazard to everyone. But other than that he''s just a nut job as far as I''m concerned. Why the paper wasted ink on him is a little disturbing.

I don''t think the guy is the pirate of PI, not enough class. I bet, with a little encouragement though, we could get ol'' bigred56 to sail down to Naples and anchor right in front of this guys house and get him really worked up. You know how bigred can really make people angry.
