looking for someone to help in wilmington NC

hey guys i know this might be far off but I'm in need of help or suggestions. I'm looking at buying a 1974 Catalina 22 but it has no trailer i can't afford to buy a trailer now so what I'm wondering is if any one near by can help me get this boat to the water so i can motor it home. also i have a smallish trailer thats about 15 ft long from tip to tip i was wondering if i could use this as the boat landing is only about 5 miles away i currently have my boston wailer on that trailer and its 11 ft and the trailer is large for it i don't mind moving my bunks around it but i really don't want to ruin it. i need help i really want to get this boat is there any other ideas

PS: i have all so thought about getting 3 large logs and moving it but it seems unpractical and my damage the hull :p

Thanks

I live in Wilmington N.C. working on a Chrysler 26' 1980. If you are only going five miles, your 15' trailer after needed adjusting may work for you, but only if the sailboat is not way over the trailers max weight. I take it we are talking about a swing keel. Speak with the guys around the landing one may let you use their trailer for such a short trip. Also renting a trailer maybe another option. If you still need help let me know... good luck.
