Who says it has to be tropical to be a paradise?

Re: Crappy Weather?

It has been snowing off and on, wind howling in the Adirondacks for over a week now. It is mid-winterish. My to-do list sits on the counter. UNCLE!!!

Re: Crappy Weather?

Smurphy I am in NY ( Hudson Valley)

It seems that I can count on one hand the days we haven't had snow flakes, wind or rain since Jan1.

I just picked up a load of firewood when I should have been working on my boat.

Stick a fork in me.

Re: Crappy Weather?

Temperatures only reached 77 degrees F at Lake Pleasant, AZ, today, and the winds got light for much of the time we'd planned for the today's regatta. Although the morning had good wind for boats to get out on the lake, only the day's last race was in good wind, with good sun and shirt sleeve and shorts weather.

Re: Crappy Weather?

todays weather in mid TN is not good again. hail, rain, mixed, 20-30 mph wind advisory til 7am tomorrow. I'm hoping the weather will cooperate for a survey coming up soon.

Re: Crappy Weather?

Just had our 3rd system in 4 or 5 weeks pass over today and left another 9 inches of snow behind. The other 2 left 16" and 12" respectively. I guess someone was late sending the memo out to Mother Nature that spring has officially arrived! We should be averaging temps in the high 50's this time of year but its been too cold to even work inside the boat much less prepping the outside...

Re: Crappy Weather?

On the flip side, our lakes are getting replenished!
