Anyone out there have experience with the Kirie line of boats? We are contemplating purchasing an ''84 model, but there aren''t many here on the TX Gulf Coast, and I can''t find much on the web about them. I believe newer ones are marketed as Kirie Feelings, but I don''t know how construction of the older boats compares to the new line.

Thanks!
Lee Anne

Thanks. Obviously I hadn''t checked this in awhile ;-). I appreciate the response though. I''ll email your friend and see what he knows.

Have a great day!

I looked at a boat of that vintage in the Boston area. She was very quick but also quite tender. I liked the aft cabin but given I sail in a high wind area I did not think the boat was a good choice for me.

He''s right, the''re tender. but fast in light air. just need to reef early and keep it on its feet.
