Re: My boat!!! (part 2)

!!! Jeff and Aaron both dig my boat?

Best. Day. Ever.

Yeah the main sheet setup is something that I want to look at changing, but not sure what my options are right now. Traveler? Double mains (a la Tom Mays)? Eh, I'm a newbie, not a huge deal yet. It does have a vang tho.

I think I saw a discussion on another board that said Dove was another design, can't recall at the moment. Lapworth maybe?

Re: My boat!!! (part 2)

Looks like a well cared for boat. Piercy Priest looked like a good lake when I was looking for a marina last year. Looks like all you have to do is untie the dock lines and GO.

Good pick!

Aside from what it teaches you, there is simply the indescribable degree of peace that can be achieved on a sailing vessel at sea. I guess a combination of hard work and the seemingly infinite expanse of the sea - the profound solitude - that does it for me. - Billy Campbell

I, myself, personally intend to continue being outspoken and opinionated, intolerant of all fanatics, fools and ignoramuses, deeply suspicious of all those who have "found the answer" and on my bad days, downright rude.
