can anyone identify this make/model boat?

Hi,
I'm an artist working on a commission that must include this boat, however the photo isn't great. I'd rather get an image of it at an angle and under sail, if anyone can identify it for me it would help greatly with searching for images,
Thanks,
Donnacha.

Looks like a late 80s Beneteau Oceanus.. 350 or 390 maybe?

Once you know the model go to yachtworld.com and search for it and you will find lots of pics.

Back home on Lake Ontario after something over 36,000 nm circumnavigator. Not surprisingly there is a lot of stuff I want to get done on Ainia both cosmetically and functionally. Getting an early start so it will be ready to go for next summer (Lake Superior?).

Re: can anyone identify this make/model boat?

Thanks for the help, I searched for beneteau oceanis 390 and it certainly seems to fit the bill. The painting is a wedding gift for the owner of the boat so naturally contacting him wasn't a runner,
Thanks again,
Donnacha.

Pay attention to details.... nothing worse than giving a sailor a boat picture/painting where the rigging doesn't make sense, shrouds and stays go to the wrong place, sails shown on the wrong side of a stay etc....

Get it right and it's a keeper.

Can you tell us where the boat is? Someone may live near her and be able to covertly snap some pictures for you.

Yep, I've seen great paintings of old (supposed) 12 meters under spinnaker, and they are sort-of impressionist... but the rigging is so wrong it hurts my head. My boss has them on the wall of their office space, and it's a shame that instead of me focusing on the great art... I'm going, holy crap he's getting dismasted!
