How to secure a deal

Any advise how to secure the deal in the US

Hire a marine escrow/title service in the US to close the deal. They will know all these rules for both parties. Not expensive, nothing like a broker.

If you call a marine finance company or two, they should tell you who they use. Or google it, you just won't have a reference.
