question about tax in the US

Hello

I like to sell my boat in US teritory, Florida
I had few anwser from USA citizen,Canadian and British

My question is:is there any Sell Tax or Any thing else like importation etc

The boat in BVI flag,The boat was in the US before
and i am french


So if any tax somewhere , who have to pay

I wouldn't rely much on international tax advice from a sailing blog.

Generally, the buyer pays any import taxes, if they bring it to another country after closing. If that import tax/duty has already been paid, its not generally due again, unless refunded along the way for having taken the vessel out of that country (ie VAT). What is due upon sale, if anything, from the seller is country specific.
