Actually, TDW is the only moderator that has supplied yours truly with refreshment on the water. So I must vote +1 to TDW.

Funny, the only time I've seen Jeff and Synergy on the bay I was passing it.

Of course he may have been anchored both times.

Re: Jeff_h has been deceiving us!!!

Jeff has to disclaim it to keep things on the down-low.

But look for an article soon on "Turbo-ing the O'Day 30" and how he hit 30 knots on a reach with foils and a secret new staysail made fast to the taffrail hibachi..

Re: Jeff_h has been deceiving us!!!

The real indignity when Chuck passed me was that he was in a kayak and I was moving as fast as I could (with the anchor down).

You guys have no idea how much work I had to do to make my Farr look like an Oday.

This kinda reminds me of a distant cousin who back in the 1960's dropped a 427 vette engine into a Studebaker Lark. (Yes, you read that right.) The body was in good shape, so he beat it up a bit, painted '427' with spray paint on the side and went out and collected pink slips....
