AQUARIUS 23, BACK TO ORIG. TILLER
Woody, There is an awesome Aquarius Owners group on Yahoo. I owned an A23 (1971 #277) for 5 years and sold it to one of the listees. they have anything you would ever want to know and an extensive photo Gallery. As far as getting the tiller stuff you would likely want to try idasailor Marine. I think its idasailor.com.
the files section got so big they created two sattelite groups one for the 21 and one for the 23 just to house images and files.

This is the main group. Join up and enjoy. they are a great buncha folks who are nuts about thier Aquariuses ;-)
Also in case you dont like yahoo for some reason here is a link to a pic of my old A23''s tiller.

The box you see at the base contains the Rudder and can be lifted out but it weighs a good 70+ lbs. Also there is spacing under the edges of the rudder box top that allow drainage. this is basically the scupper.
Anyway hope this helps.
