Good stuff Xort. Wish our bow were pointed south instead of north towards an impending haul-out.

Few more weeks to go. Hope to be celebrating Halloween on the boat.

We always make similar plans around about Labor Day weekend, but with the kids and wife back in school and the shorter, colder days it hasn't happened yet. I do know one fella at our marina who has had multiple Thanksgivings on his boat here in Grand Haven.

Nicely done X!

Now move that damn bicycle to the high-side will you? And a trysail and no whitecaps? Show a bit more main, man! Dip that rail! Oh yeah, the bicycle.

Looks like 'tis better to be in the north than the south tomorrow!

Agreed. It was about this time two years ago that I took this footage: Lake Michigan Storm pt. 2 - YouTube

Came up to add lines. Absolutely brutal right now. Open water forecast is for 18-24 footers tomorrow. That's not good.
No Thanksgiving on board for us. The marina wants you out by 11/1.
