We always make similar plans around about Labor Day weekend, but with the kids and wife back in school and the shorter, colder days it hasn't happened yet. I do know one fella at our marina who has had multiple Thanksgivings on his boat here in Grand Haven.

Came up to add lines. Absolutely brutal right now. Open water forecast is for 18-24 footers tomorrow. That's not good.
No Thanksgiving on board for us. The marina wants you out by 11/1.
