After the hurricane, I'm not sure what's available in the area (I left in '07), but there was a place across the street near the entrance to Watergate, that stored boats. Not sure what the best way to move it there is.
There's also the boatyard (South Texas Shipyard?) by Watergate with some storage area. There was another yard on the other side of Clear Lake that had a lift as well.
As I said, not real sure what's still there. You might check with one of the brokers around Clear Lake though. They should have good knowledge on what's available.
