Dry (Hardstand) boat storage Kemah Tx?

Anyone have a lead on a long term boat storage place? My firend has a 43 Carver that needs to store it for a year or two, and would prefer a boat yard on the HArd instead of a wet slip. He is leaving the country?

Anyone? Any idea on the cost per month?

Galveston? Clear Lake? Dickinson?

All leads and info appreciated!

After the hurricane, I'm not sure what's available in the area (I left in '07), but there was a place across the street near the entrance to Watergate, that stored boats. Not sure what the best way to move it there is.

There's also the boatyard (South Texas Shipyard?) by Watergate with some storage area. There was another yard on the other side of Clear Lake that had a lift as well.

As I said, not real sure what's still there. You might check with one of the brokers around Clear Lake though. They should have good knowledge on what's available.
