For New Orleans you will have to come through Lake bourgne into Lake Ponchatrain for NOLA
I'm moored at South Shore Harbor Marina next to Lakeside Airport. A few guest slips there @ $1.95 per foot. You also have Orleans Marina about 3.5 miles further north but SSHM & OM are municipal marinas There may be others... Note if you are leasing the prices are really so much better.... About $200 a month for my hardin45
