Any Hunter 356 Owners out there?

I am looking at purchasing a 2002 Hunter 356 which I really like. Everything I can find about the boat says it is well constructed and sails well and my wife and I really like the layout. I will of course be scheduling a sea trial and having it surveyed but am looking for any feedback from current or prior owners of this boat. What do you like or not like about this boat? How well does she sail? Anything I should be concerned with? Basically any feedback you can provide would be greatly appreciated.

You might want to check out:

I checked the boat review forum here but didn't specifically see reviews of the 356.

Re: Any Hunter 356 Owners out there?

I have read 3-4 published reviews and all were positive. I also found no owner reviews on Sailnet so was hoping to get real life feedback this way.

Re: Any Hunter 356 Owners out there?

Great Boat, Buy it, you won`t regret it.It was boat of the year when first introduced to the market.Confortable, sails great in any wind.Big confortable cockpit, I had 8 people on board last weekend and everybody was comfortable. I just ordered a new mack main sail with partial vertical battens.I`ve owned several boats 34-50 footers, and I can truly say I have never been happier.Hunter did there home work when they designed the H356.
Good Luck
