With that massive mast section, small jib, lack of 'headstay' tension, it can't be anything good....

I guess it depends on your needs - not a race machine for sure, but if you enjoy working a sailboat to weather I think these would be vexing to own.

I'd keep looking for that C30MKII! or maybe something more weatherly still, but it's hard to beat that interior at that length.
