Question Nu teak

We are considering a sailboat that the owner has replaced all of the non slip areas on the deck with Nuteak. This looks great, but have heard different stories as to how it will wear, the company behind warranties for 20 years, but considering heading south to the Bahamas

Does anyone have experience with this product. I would like to hear all comments.
