Hunter 27 riding low in the water (stern)

I have a 2006 Hunter 27 new. For some reason and out of no where when ever I am under power , the stern is riding very low into the water. The back frame of the boat is literally in the water when I am under power.

The only thing I can think of I topped it with both gas and water and I am just wondering if the boat is just heavy in the stern with gas??

Powering forward will make the stern squat down, and the bow ride up somewhat.
