H22 Swing Keel Bushing

Just pulled the swing keel of my 1983 H22 today and removed the nylon bushing. It is in pretty bad shape and I'm wondering where I can get a replacement nylon bushing. I've read that some have replaced the nylon with bronze. Is bronze preferred over the original nylon? I sail in a fresh water lake.
